I just want to thank you for such an awesome job done today. Your company was right on time, very professional, friendly, and cleaned all the carpets fast (Less than an hour). Outstanding! We’ve had our carpets cleaned before, but they have never been cleaned this well before. I can’t believe how new my rugs look! Super fast service, short drying time, “green” cleaning products, and excellent prices. John was very professional, friendly, and helpful.

I recently had Chris G to vacuum & clean rugs, & a stairway He did a very excellent job. He kept me up to date on his arrival time via text messaging. He was very personable and discussed the job with me and answered any questions that I had. Definitely a job well done!

I do wish to tell you, however, how extremely pleased I was with Chris and the great work he did cleaning my wall-to-wall carpets and all my upholstered furniture last Friday.  He came on time, confirmed with me exactly what I was expecting, and got right to work.  He worked hard and conscientiously.

In addition he was an extremely polite and soft-spoken gentleman.  When he put the plastic booties onto his own shoes, I was impressed with them.  I asked where he got them.  He said that he orders them online.  Later when I handed him the check, he handed my my own new pair of plastic “booties”!  They were very helpful as I walked around the house the rest of the day.  I also used them today when I washed my ceramic tile kitchen and bathroom floors.  While they were drying, I could also get to other rooms in the apartment when I needed to.

He went “above and beyond”, and I am very happy with the results.  I will definitely recommend McCarthy’s Cleaning Co. to any friends I know that are looking for such services.

Last night I left David Skinner of McCarthy Cleaning Company in my salon, Colby Tanning Boutique, to clean my carpets. I couldn’t stay because I have a son I had to pick up and I was very tired. So, I showed him how to turn out the lights and let himself out. He was a very pleasant and professional young man. You are fortunate to have such a meticulous and detailed employee on your team! This morning I opened the door and I couldn’t believe how incredible it looks! He did such a wonderful job and I am exceptionally impressed. Not only does it look fantastic, but it smells wonderful as well. I’ll be telling everyone that I know to call McCarthy for all their cleaning needs!
